RISE Impacting Lives Making a Difference in 2005 Build a School, a Life, a Community |

Lives are being impacted both here and abroad. Individuals, schools, churches, small groups, families and co-workers have caught the vision and are joining together, often in unexpected and creative ways, to bring education to children in rural Angola. Together, we really can do what we could never do alone. RISE partners are making a real difference in the lives of children, communities, and indeed a whole country. School is in session in Angola and children that would not have had the chance to go to school are learning in the 5 RISE schools built in 2003 and the 25 built in 2004. And now, with the help of many, RISE has been able to fund an additional 50 of the 75 schools targeted for 2005—that’s a total of 80 schools completed or under construction! |
