The purpose of our Team is to cast the vision for building schools in rural Angola among the refugees at the Nangweshi Refugee Camp who hope to return to their home villages. The goal is to strategize and encourage the partnership of those regugee leaaders who hope to return to their home viillages. To accomplish this goal, we will:

1.  Develop an understanding of the UNHCR’s strategies for repatriation.
2.  Strategize with refugee leaders on how RISE may establish a partnership in Angola that will further RISE's mission to help refugees repatriate in their home country by building rural schools.
3.  Develop an initail plan regarding how RISE may continue to remain involved with refugees at Nangweshi Regugee Camp during 2005.
