Team Objectives Peace in Angola is strongly impacting the lives of Angolan refugees in Namibia and Zambia; UNHCR is implementing a program of mass repartiation. In view of this key political development, combined with its impact upon the refugees, ARC is seeking to research ways to help the refugees participate in the rebuilding of their home country. To help achieve greater clarity concerning ARC's role, a small ARC-Mission Team will travel to Angola and Zambia to assess the following questions: 1. Where, and to what conditions, will Angolan refugees be returning?
2. What are the logistics involved in sending ARC-Mission teams to work in Angola?
3. What is needed to help the refugees bridge this transitional phase of repartiation?
4. Can the refugees and ARC collaborate to rebuild an educational foundation within Angola?
