Team's aim: To build a community among the refugees that will empower them, the poor, to be a resource for those who are even more vulnerable.

Specific strategies:
1. To develop an ARC (African Refugee Committee) organizational structure with Zambia and Namibia, particularly in partnership with widows, for they are the most overlooked resource in society.
2. To assess the status of the Villages for Children in Zamiba and Namibia.  Interest is not so much in the brick and mortar, as in lives.  Not simply to preserve a life, but to help those lost in the world to find a place to further the building of God's Kingdom.
3. To begin training camp leaders in beginning and conducting Support Groups for trauma victims.  The aim is to go beyond healing and to help enable the participants to gather their resources more effectively for the service of others.
4. To develop a system of communication (photographs and stories) that will enable people here to sponsor children there.  Our aim is to eventually engage the participation of an army that will throw itself beyond the building up of the community of believers to further the aims of Messiah.
5. A final purpose is to celebrate together in worship, conversation and play, our mutual love of the Messiah.
