Ascension School Oak Park, IL

Ascension students made dolls for Angola and sold t-shirts to raise funds to help build schools in Angola. A unit on missions work around the world culminated with a fund-raising carnival to benefit RISE and proceeds from an African-themed dinner also went to benefit RISE schools in Angola. Ascension, in partnership with RISE, is helping to make a difference in the lives of the Angolan people.
