RISE is about personal relationships and the community that develops within the context of partnerships. RISE partners with schools, churches, businesses, organizations and individuals to make a difference in Angola. Partnerships are vital to achieving long-term sustainability, and RISE works to develop and expand partnerships both in the U.S. and in Angola. The resulting projects have a direct impact on the Angolan people while providing hands-on involvement and opportunities for those in the U.S., including travel with RISE teams, filling and shipping containers with school supplies and clothing, and fundraising to build schools. |
