Team Objectives

1.  Encourage, support and empower people that have endured endless suffering, conveying the partnership, enthusiasm and care of those in the US churches, schools and small groups working together to help rebuild lives and communities.
2.  Extend the heart of RISE's vision, which is about relationships, deepening our mutual understanding and concern for one another, focusing on people, sharing our lives.
3.  Offer training and support to teachers, principals, parents, church, and community leaders. **
4. Visit RISE school sites, document, assess and strategize the Schools for Angola program.  Attend school dedication/ celebrations!
5. Participate in the physical building of RISE schools, including those funded by the New Trier Freshman class, West Chicago Community High School and Wheeling High School.
6. Video/photo—to be able to convey life in Angola and the building of a school, the need and opportunity to those in the US.
